Copyright and Takedown Notice
Version 2026.09.09 · Effective 9 September 2026
Copyright in TeamSheet's original software, design, documentation, text, graphics and branding belongs to SportStack Technologies (Pty) Ltd or its licensors. Third-party names, logos and material remain the property of their respective owners. The notice “© 2026 SportStack Technologies (Pty) Ltd. All rights reserved.” does not remove permissions granted by an applicable open-source or third-party licence.
Schools and users retain copyright in material they upload and provide TeamSheet with only the operational licence described in the Terms of Use. Uploaders must have permission to use and publish school logos, photographs, programmes, reports, documents and other third-party material.
Reporting infringement or unlawful material
Send a written notice to support@teamsheet.co.za containing:
- your full name and contact details;
- identification of the copyright or other right concerned;
- the exact URL, record or material complained of;
- the action requested;
- a statement that the complaint is made in good faith and is accurate to your knowledge; and
- your written or electronic signature.
TeamSheet will preserve appropriate evidence, restrict access where reasonably necessary, investigate promptly, notify the affected school or uploader where lawful, and remove or restore material according to the evidence and applicable law. Knowingly false complaints may create liability. This process does not claim a statutory limitation of liability unless every applicable requirement for that protection is met.
Use Legal and Contact Information for formal contact enquiries.
